ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga is a large-format FDM 3D printer with a gigantic 800 × 800 × 1000 mm build volume, designed for prototyping, full-scale parts and commercial printing. A heated bed, powerful cooling and multi-nozzle support enable fast and reliable printing even of oversized models.

Gigantic 800 × 800 × 1000 mm build volume

The 800 × 800 × 1000 mm print area (640-liter volume) places the Giga among the largest FDM printers available on the market. In a single batch you can print life-size sculptures, furniture parts, automotive prototypes or dozens of smaller models at once - with no need to split the geometry into segments and glue them together afterwards.

Robust frame and stable mechanics

The construction is built on a massive steel frame with linear rails and dual Z-axes synchronized by a belt. The rigidity of the frame eliminates resonances and allows stable printing even on tall models over one meter, where other machines start to show ringing or wobbling.

Efficient heated bed

The aluminum heated bed is divided into segments with independent heating - you only heat the area you actually need for the given print. You save energy and time, the bed reaches operating temperature in just a few minutes and provides excellent adhesion for materials such as PLA and PETG.

Dimensions built for professional deployment

The printer is dimensioned for use in workshops, makerspaces and small-series production. Thanks to the large build volume it replaces several smaller machines and frees up both space and the operator's time - one job instead of assembling a model from five parts.

Modular print head and upgrade options

The standard configuration comes with a single print head, but Dual Printhead and Quad Printhead upgrade packages are available - up to four independent heads print simultaneously in parallel, dramatically reducing the time needed for serial production of identical parts. Interchangeable nozzles let you choose between speed and detail.

Powerful part cooling

Strong radial fans ensure even cooling across the full width of the print. This is critical for the quality of overhangs, bridges and fine details on large models, where weaker cooling leads to deformations and poor layer bonding.

Wide filament compatibility

The Giga handles common materials such as PLA, PETG as well as the more demanding ABS and ASA. A direct drive extruder with sufficient torque can print at higher speeds and pushes material flow to the level required for oversized parts.
