3D printing (additive manufacturing) is a process where a three-dimensional object is created by gradually depositing layers of material according to a digital 3D model. The most common technologies are FDM (melting plastic filament) and SLA (curing liquid resin with UV light).
It depends on the application. For beginners we recommend PLA - easy to print, odor-free and available in a wide range of colors. For mechanically stressed parts, PETG or ASA work well, and for flexible parts TPU. For professional use we also offer technical materials like Nylon, Polycarbonate or composites with carbon or glass fiber reinforcement.
