What's the difference between FDM and SLA printers?
FDM printers melt plastic filament layer by layer. Good for functional parts, prototypes and larger objects. SLA printers cure liquid resin with UV light - producing fine details, ideal for figurines, dental models and jewelry. FDM is cheaper to run, SLA offers higher precision and smoother surfaces.
What do I need to start 3D printing?
The basics: 3D printer + filament + 3D model (.stl file) + slicer software. Most modern printers (Bambu Lab, Creality K-series) are plug-and-play. Start with PLA - easiest to print. Download slicers for free (Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, Creality Print). Find models on MakerWorld or Printables.com.
How to choose the right filament?
Choice depends on use: PLA for decor and figurines, PETG for functional parts, ASA for outdoor UV resistance, TPU for flexible parts, Nylon / PC / carbon composites for structural strength. For our Majkl3D-Filament PLA Basic we recommend using the "Bambu Lab PLA Basic" profile in Bambu Studio.

Can I return the goods?

Using the printer
How to calibrate a 3D printer?
Modern printers (Bambu Lab, Creality K-series, Snapmaker J1/Artisan) auto-calibrate. Older models need manual Z-offset and extruder calibration (e-steps). Check the printer documentation or call +420 773 802 800.
Why does my print peel off the build plate?
Most common causes: dirty build plate (clean with isopropyl alcohol), low bed temperature (PLA 60 °C, PETG 70-80 °C, ABS/ASA 100-110 °C), first layer too high (Z-offset calibration), wrong surface or wet filament (dry in a filament dryer). Reach out.
What temperatures should I set for different filaments?
Approximate values: PLA 200-220 / 50-60 °C, PETG 230-250 / 70-80 °C, ASA/ABS 240-260 / 100-110 °C with enclosed chamber, TPU 220-240 / 40-50 °C slower, Nylon 250-270 / 70-90 °C with dried filament, PC 270-310 / 110 °C with enclosed chamber.
How to store filament correctly?
Filaments are hygroscopic - they absorb moisture from the air. Store in sealed containers with silica gel, vacuum-sealed bags, or a filament dryer. Pre-dry wet filament for 4-8 hours before printing.

What's the warranty on 3D printers?
Printers come with 24-month statutory warranty for consumers, 12 months for businesses. Consumables (nozzle, build plate, hotend) are not covered under warranty - this is normal wear. Details in our terms and conditions.
Where is your service center?
We run our own service at our physical store. For brands including Bambu Lab, Creality, Snapmaker and others we provide warranty and post-warranty repairs and spare parts.
