Prusa Pro HT90 is a 3D printer with delta kinematics and a cylindrical build area (Ø300 × 400 mm). It is specifically designed to achieve the best results with advanced materials such as ABS, ASA, PCCF, and PA. The heated chamber reaching up to 90 °C and the innovative cooling system provide unmatched layer adhesion and print quality.
With the HT90, you can print large objects without warping, poor overhangs, or layer delamination. Additionally, Input Shaper technology enables ultra-fast prototyping with materials like PLA, PETG, and more, which can easily be printed even in the enclosed chamber.
The HT90 comes with a replaceable print head with a high-temperature nozzle capable of reaching up to 500 °C, allowing it to handle demanding materials such as PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, PEI (Ultem), suitable for printing small to medium-sized objects. This makes it the most accessible 3D printer for high-performance industrial filaments. The built-in recirculation system continuously cleans the air inside the chamber using a HEPA filter. Both High-Flowand High-Temperature print heads are included in the package.
The printer is easy to set up and configure, offering fully offline operation for maximum security as well as a robust online system for print management.

Get the most out of your materials
The HT90 is designed to maximize the potential of materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PCCF, Flex, and more. Its heated chamber reaching 90 °C ensures unparalleled layer adhesion and print quality, allowing the easy production of large objects without warping or layer separation. The innovative servo flap redirects airflow to specific areas of the model within milliseconds, enabling the HT90 to print perfect overhangs with minimal supports while avoiding excessive cooling of the printed object.

Most Accessible Printer for High-End Filaments
A high-temperature print head, a powerful heated bed, and an actively heated chamber are essential features that make the HT90 the most accessible 3D printer capable of handling advanced materials. You can print small to medium-sized objects from the most demanding filaments, such as PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PES, and even PEI (Ultem).

From aerospace to medical applications
Thanks to technologies that support a wide range of materials, the Prusa PRO HT90 is an ideal choice for a variety of industrial sectors. Print motor parts and heat sinks, medical implants, as well as functional machine components, valves, pipes, chemically resistant parts, heat- and cold-resistant components, and much more. No project is too demanding for the HT90.

Innovative Solution for Rapid Cooling
The unique air management system is designed to instantly redirect airflow, achieving optimal print quality across all materials. A high-pressure turbine pushes air through a hose into the lightweight print head, while an ultra-fast flap redirects the flow within milliseconds—faster than any conventional cooling fan. This allows significantly improved overhang printing, while the layers in the rest of the print are not exposed to excessive cooling.
Additionally, the enclosed recirculation system with a HEPA filter ensures minimal ultra-fine particles in the chamber, while the automatic inlet flap regulates temperatures for materials such as PLA and PETG, enabling printing in an enclosed chamber. Key components are positioned outside the heated chamber, extending their lifespan.

Large and Precise
With the Prusa PRO HT90, you achieve unparalleled printing precision! We have optimized the print profiles so you can design precise parts that fit together perfectly. The build volume is cylindrical, with a 300 mm diameter and 400 mm height along the Z-axis. The printer’s compact dimensions are complemented by vertically sliding doors, saving space and providing easy access to printed objects.
Interchangeable Print Heads
The print head is attached to the arms using magnets, making it easy to simply disconnect, remove the cable from the top of the printer, and replace it with a different model. The High-Flow print head with a 0.4 mm Revo nozzle is an ideal choice for fast prototyping with materials up to 300 °C.
On the other hand, the High-Temp head with a durable 0.6 mm Revo nozzle reaches up to 500 °C, enabling printing with materials such as PEEK, PEKK, or PEI (Ultem). Both print heads are included with the HT90, and the hardware is compatible with all Revo nozzles from 0.25 to 0.8 mm.

Actively Heated Chamber with HEPA Filter
The printer’s actively heated chamber with a closed recirculation system (HEPA and carbon filter) can reach up to 90 °C, providing an optimal environment even for the most demanding materials. You can easily print large ABS/ASA objects without negative side effects such as warping or layer separation, use PLA for rapid prototyping, and create durable objects from PEEK or PEI.

Perfect First Layer Every Time
Three Loadcell sensors measure the distance between the nozzle and the print bed with exceptional precision. This allows the printer to automatically achieve a perfectly flawless first layer, regardless of the print surface you choose – completely eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

Easy Setup, Automatic Calibration
You can start printing just minutes after unboxing. The setup is quick and guided with easy-to-understand instructions. Everything is controlled via a large 7'' touchscreen. Simply complete the automatic calibration, load the filament, and you’re ready to start printing!

Maximum Security with Offline Mode
We understand how crucial security is in industrial applications. While the HT90 offers a comprehensive remote print management system, the printer is fully ready for offline operation. You can even disconnect the Wi-Fi modulefrom the printer. We never collect information about your prints or your printer’s surroundings. Whether you’re developing the next generation of a spacecraft or simply printing tools for your workshop, we are firmly committed to ensuring that no organization has access to such information.

Robust Remote Printer Management System
The HT90 provides access to two fully featured remote print management systems. It offers both local and remote management modes – in local mode, the printer can only be controlled from the local network.
Optionally, you can add it to Prusa Connect, our secure remote print management system, giving you access from anywhere. In this mode, you can also use the built-in camera and chamber lighting for remote print monitoring, and it is possible to connect an external camera as well.
