The Original Prusa Core One L is a professional CoreXY 3D printer with double the build volume of 300 × 300 × 300 mm compared to the base CORE One. The Prusa CORE One L is the bigger sibling of the proven CORE One model - with the same reliability, but double the build volume of 300 × 300 × 300 mm. The external dimensions have grown by only 10%, the weight has remained almost the same, and the working space has doubled. The construction combines a steel exoskeleton and aluminum panels, making the printer lightweight, strong, and extremely stable even at high print speeds.

Actively heated chamber up to 60 °C

The CORE One L uses a new convection heated bed that ensures perfect heat distribution from edge to edge. Active air circulation enables rapid heating of the entire print chamber up to 60 °C, so the printer easily handles even demanding materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, or Nylon without warping and cracks.

Unbox, plug in, and print. The printer comes fully assembled and calibrated from the factory - no complicated setup or lengthy start-up. Uncompromising printing with the Nextruder

The CORE One L achieves the highest surface quality and dimensional accuracy, verified by CT scans. It uses the proven Nextruder with direct drive and 360° cooling, complemented by Input Shaper, Phase Stepping, and automatic first layer calibration via the Load Cell sensor. The result is smooth, precise, and strong prints ready for immediate use. The 0.4 mm high-flow nozzle handles high flow rates for fast printing without loss of quality.

Fully offline operation and the Prusa ecosystem

You can use the printer entirely offline, without the need for an internet connection or an account. The Wi-Fi module can be physically disconnected for use in environments with the highest level of security. At the same time, it supports Prusa Connect, Prusa App, PrusaSlicer, and EasyPrint, so you can conveniently control printing from a computer, tablet, or mobile phone. Professional CoreXY kinematics

Thanks to its large build volume and robust construction, the CORE One L is suitable for both small-series production and long overnight print jobs. It uses professional CoreXY kinematics, silent Trinamic drivers, and precise 0.9° stepper motors that ensure high print speed without loss of quality. All parts can be easily disassembled, maintained, and replaced - and as is customary with Prusa, spare parts will be available for many years.

Internal 1080p camera with night vision

The package includes an integrated 1080p camera with night mode, allowing you to monitor ongoing prints from anywhere. The camera is removable - if you don't need it or want to use the printer in a sensitive environment, you can simply disconnect it. The CORE One L is also compatible with the MMU3 module for multi-material printing with up to five different filaments simultaneously.

Wide material compatibility

The printer easily handles practically all common and technical materials. You can print with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon, flexible TPU, and composites with carbon fibers. Ready-made print profiles are also available in PrusaSlicer for a quick start.
