Its construction combines a rigid steel exoskeleton with lightweight aluminium panels, resulting in an exceptionally strong yet compact printer. External dimensions are only 10 % larger, while the print area has doubled.

The CORE One L features a new convection-heated print bed that provides perfectly uniform heat distribution. Active air circulation allows the chamber to heat up to 60 °C quickly, enabling effortless printing from advanced materials like ASA, ABS, PC, and Nylon – without warping or cracking.

Unbox, plug in, and print. No complicated setup or calibration – the printer is fully factory-calibrated and ready to use right away. An intuitive interface and on-screen guide get you printing your first model within five minutes.

With exceptional surface quality and dimensional accuracy verified by CT scans, the CORE One L ensures that what you design is exactly what you get. It uses the proven Nextruder with 360° cooling, along with features like Input Shaper, Phase Stepping, and Load Cell-based automatic first-layer calibration, delivering smooth, precise, and strong prints every time.

Smart freedom – online or offline

Operate entirely offline with no need for an internet connection or user account. All setup, slicing, and firmware updates can be done locally. The Wi-Fi module can even be physically removed for high-security environments.

CORE One L also supports Prusa Connect, Prusa App, PrusaSlicer, and EasyPrint, letting you control prints from your computer, tablet, or phone. Plus, access Printables.com for millions of free printable models.
