Prusa CORE One is another hardworking 3D printer in the long-proven Prusa tradition. We designed it for maximum longevity and manufactured it from top-tier materials. Simply start the print, and CORE One takes care of the rest – it automatically calibrates the first layer or stops the print and sends you a notification when it runs out of filament.

The CORE One chamber is extremely compact and features clever recesses on each side to reduce volume. This allows it to heat up quickly to higher temperatures (up to 55 °C), ensuring easy printing of materials like ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylons), and other advanced materials without warping. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control additionally ensure smooth PLA printing – even with the doors fully closed!

Enhance CORE One with Accessories!

CORE One can be enhanced with practical accessories. We offer an optional USB-C camera, and with the additional accelerometer for modified printers, you can also fine-tune profiles for Input Shaper.

For enthusiasts, we have prepared a GPIO hackerboard, which allows you to control external devices using G-code commands. We are also preparing two types of filtration, a drybox, and other accessories – plenty to look forward to!

 
Chamber Camera

Chamber Camera

You can install an optional high-resolution camera inside the CORE One chamber to monitor prints remotely. The camera connects directly to the mainboard via a USB-C cable.

The camera requires an active Wi-Fi connection to operate. It is expected to be available around the same time as the Prusa CORE One. If you order the printer before the camera becomes available, we will offer you the option to modify your order and add the camera.

GPIO Hackerboard

The GPIO module is an optional add-on for advanced 3D printers (requires basic programming and soldering skills). It allows you to expand your printer with new functions – you can control and receive inputs from external devices via GPIO pins and G-code commands.

This lets you, for example, remotely control LED lighting or trigger a DSLR camera.

Advanced Filtration System

Advanced Filtration System

Studies show that most commonly used 3D printing materials are generally safe. However, we wanted to be absolutely certain. The optional advanced filtration system is useful when printing materials like ASA, which release higher amounts of fumes and very fine particles during printing. The fewer particles and odors in the air, the better. The filtration system is expected to be available in the same timeframe as the Prusa CORE One. If you order your printer before the filter is available, we will offer you the option to modify your order and add the filtration system.

When a new printer model is released, we provide a conversion kit for you.

The launch of new technology often brings excitement, but it can also require inconvenient changes. You might need a new charger or phone case because the camera position has shifted. With CORE One, this is not the case! If you already own an MK4/S, you can reuse many accessories such as print sheets, nozzles, and hotends.
