Product variants
Majkl3D - Filaments PETG 1.75mm 1kg is an affordable and versatile technical filament suitable for virtually all FDM 3D printers. It combines strength, toughness and easy printability, making it an ideal choice for prototyping as well as everyday functional parts.
Key features
PETG (polyethylene terephthalate glycol) is a technical thermoplastic that combines the advantages of PLA and ABS. This material is strong, tough and non-brittle, featuring good thermal resistance as well as resistance to moisture and chemicals. The filament has a consistent diameter of 1.75 mm with a tolerance within winding accuracy, making it fully compatible with automatic feeders including Bambu Lab AMS (spool width 63 mm). The 1 kg spool provides enough material for long prints without interruption.

Who is Majkl3D - Filaments PETG 1.75mm 1kg suitable for
This filament will be appreciated by beginners as well as advanced 3D printing users. It is suitable for functional prototypes, mechanical parts, holders, electronics enclosures, household items or parts exposed to higher temperatures and humidity. Thanks to its strength and toughness, it is also suitable for components that must withstand impact or moderate mechanical stress. The material is also suitable for outdoor use, as it retains its shape well at elevated temperatures and has better UV resistance than PLA.
Tips for use
- Before printing, we recommend drying the filament at 65 °C for 6 - 8 hours, especially if it has been open for a longer time.
- PETG tends to produce stringing - we recommend increasing retract to 4 - 6 mm and reducing nozzle temperature by 5 - 10 °C.
- For better first layer adhesion, use a slightly higher nozzle distance than with PLA, otherwise the material may stick to the nozzle.
- The print bed should be clean and degreased - PETG adheres very well, sometimes too well, so we recommend applying a thin separation layer (glue, hairspray).
- Store the filament in a dry environment (vacuum bag + silica gel), as PETG is slightly hygroscopic.
- When printing precise models, reduce the speed to 40 - 50 mm/s for better surface quality.

Pros

Zlobilo to v ams.
