The ELEGOO Print Head Kit for OrangeStorm Giga is an original replacement printhead kit designed for the large-format ELEGOO OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer. The complete extruder and hotend assembly will bring your printer back to operation within minutes and restore its full printing performance on materials such as PLA, PETG or ABS.

Original ELEGOO replacement part

This is an original OEM print head kit directly from the manufacturer ELEGOO (MFG part No. 50.204.0103, EAN 6932704906781). The part is 1:1 compatible with the OrangeStorm Giga printer and guarantees the same performance and print quality as the original supplied in a new printer. No firmware tuning or compatibility issues - just connect, calibrate and print.

Complete extruder and hotend assembly

The kit includes the entire printhead including the feeding mechanism, heatsink, heatbreak, heating block, thermistor, heating cartridge and nozzle. As a result, you get a complete functional unit that only needs to be mounted on the printer arm and wired up - there is no need to disassemble the original extruder or deal with individual components separately.

Designed for the large-format OrangeStorm Giga

The OrangeStorm Giga is an FDM printer with a build volume of 800 × 800 × 1000 mm, and this print head kit is dimensioned exactly for its operating load. The hotend handles the thermal regime required for the long print jobs common to large-format printing, where the head runs continuously for tens of hours.

Quick replacement during service

After an accident, clogging or wear of the original head, it is easier to replace the entire printhead than to gradually disassemble and clean individual components. The replacement takes an experienced user about 15-20 minutes including Z-offset calibration. You save time and nerves that you would otherwise spend disassembling a clogged hotend.

Wide material compatibility

The print head easily handles common filaments such as PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA. For abrasive materials such as carbon, we recommend equipping it with a wear-resistant nozzle.

Stable filament feeding

The integrated direct-drive extruder ensures consistent filament feeding even during long prints with a large volume of material. This is crucial for a large-format machine - a single feeding instability could ruin a print that runs for 60 hours and consumes several kilograms of filament.

Plug-and-play installation

The connectors and mounting points are identical to the original, so installation does not require any modifications or soldering. After mechanical seating, simply plug the wiring harnesses into the corresponding counterparts, perform the nozzle height calibration and the printer is back in operation.
