The Falcon2 Pro S delivers 40W of optical power (not just electrical), meaning it can genuinely engrave a wide range of materials and cut through thicker hardwood, acrylic or dark leather in a single pass. It handles wood up to 20 mm, black acrylic up to 30 mm and clear acrylic up to 15 mm. Thanks to a compressed spot size of 0.08 x 0.1 mm, details stay sharp even at high speeds.

Enclosed design and safety

The fully enclosed design with a tinted protective cover shields your eyes and surroundings from laser radiation. The machine features an integrated tilt sensor, flame detection, an emergency stop button and a door lock. No need to worry about safety goggles or building an improvised home enclosure - the Falcon2 Pro S is safe out of the box and complies with European standards.

Integrated smoke and odor filter

The built-in exhaust and filtration system removes the smell of burnt materials from your workspace. The system combines activated carbon with a HEPA filter and is ready to connect to external extraction via a standard hose outlet. This lets you operate the laser even in residential spaces without needing a separate workshop.

Speed of 25,000 mm/min

The maximum travel speed of 25,000 mm/min and the rigid aluminum frame ensure not only fast production but also consistent quality without vibration. In practice, this means shorter job times and higher throughput in commercial use - a photo engraving on wood that would take hours on older machines is finished in tens of minutes.

Automatic focus and air assist

Motorized focus adjustment eliminates manual calibration with spacer shims. The machine measures the material height itself and sets the optimal focus. The integrated air-assist pump blows through the cut, reduces edge charring on wood and significantly extends lens life.

Work area 400 x 415 mm

The 400 x 415 mm engraving area covers A3 format with room to spare. It includes a removable honeycomb bed for cutting, which protects the work surface and allows waste and airflow to pass through. The software supports LightBurn and LaserGRBL, and the machine connects to a computer via USB or Wi-Fi.
