The Creality Falcon2 Pro S with 22W laser module is an enclosed desktop laser engraving and cutting machine that combines high diode laser power with the safety of a fully enclosed workspace. Thanks to integrated fume extraction, a camera and smart calibration, it delivers professional results when engraving wood, leather, acrylic and stainless steel, and cuts up to 15mm basswood - all without compromising operator safety.

Enclosed design with safety glass

The Falcon2 Pro S has a fully enclosed frame with filtering glass that protects the eyes from UV and blue light. The enclosed design also reduces the leakage of smoke and odor into the room, a key difference compared to open-frame engravers. This makes the machine suitable even for an apartment or small workshop.

Powerful 22W diode laser

The optical output of 22W (110W electrical input) enables a single-pass cut of up to 15 mm of solid basswood or 10 mm of black acrylic. The four-diode assembly converges into a very fine 0.08 × 0.1 mm spot, ensuring sharp lines when engraving and clean edges when cutting. The module has a built-in air nozzle for air-assist.

Integrated camera and smart positioning

The built-in HD camera scans the work area and streams a live preview into the software. You can place the design precisely on the material with a few clicks, without manual measuring. Automatic focus calibration eliminates manual refocusing and cuts job preparation time to a minimum.

Air-assist and smoke extraction

The built-in pump delivers compressed air directly into the cutting kerf, keeping the optics clean, cooling the cut and significantly improving edge quality on wood and acrylic. A side port allows connection of an external fume purifier - the machine can therefore be operated virtually odor-free.

Engraving speed up to 25,000 mm/min

The rigid aluminum frame and precision linear guides allow feed rates of up to 25,000 mm/min. This means that large raster engravings, which take hours on ordinary machines, can be completed here in tens of minutes - without loss of detail sharpness.

Broad material compatibility

The engraver handles wood, MDF, plywood, leather, paper, cardboard, dyed acrylic, slate, glass, ceramics and even stainless steel (engraving). It can cut wood up to 15 mm, acrylic up to 10 mm and other non-metallic materials. An ideal complement to PLA or PETG prints, which can be finished or marked with a laser.

Connectivity and control

The machine supports both USB and Wi-Fi connections and is compatible with LightBurn as well as Creality's own software. You can send jobs from a mobile app and monitor progress via the built-in camera. Operation is as convenient as with modern 3D printers.

Safety features

The Falcon2 Pro S is equipped with a gyroscopic tilt sensor, flame detection, overheating protection and an emergency stop. The door has a magnetic sensor that instantly cuts the laser when opened. Overall, it meets the demands of users who want safety comparable to CO2 machines, but at a fraction of the cost.
