The Creality Falcon A1 Pro 20W is a compact laser engraver with 20W optical power, capable of engraving and cutting wood, leather, acrylic, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum. The combination of a 4-diode laser module, integrated air assist, and speeds up to 25,000 mm/min makes it a versatile tool for workshops and small-scale production.

Powerful 20W laser module

The Falcon A1 Pro uses a 4-diode laser module with a combined beam and 20 W optical output. It can cut through wood up to 20 mm thick in a single pass or 15 mm black acrylic. Thanks to a precise focal spot of 0.08 × 0.1 mm, it achieves sharp edges and fine details even in photorealistic engravings.

Speeds up to 25,000 mm/min

A rigid aluminum frame with linear guides and redesigned kinematics enable a maximum movement speed of 25,000 mm/min. That means up to 3× shorter times compared to classic engravers in this class - you complete more jobs per day without compromising on quality.

Integrated air assist

The built-in air assist pump blows smoke and combustion residue directly away from the cutting area. The result is cleaner edges, less charring on wood, and longer laser optics lifespan. Airflow can be regulated according to the material directly from the software.

Automatic focusing and quick setup

Laser focusing is performed automatically using a motorized Z-axis with a limit sensor. No manual spacer shimming is needed - the machine measures the distance to the material itself and sets the optimal focus for every type of surface.

Wide 400 × 415 mm work area

The 400 × 415 mm work area offers plenty of space for larger furniture pieces, signs, or batch engraving of smaller parts. The open construction also allows engraving of objects exceeding the machine's dimensions - simply shift them and continue in another position.

Material compatibility

The Falcon A1 Pro works with wood, MDF, leather, paper, plastic, acrylic, textile, rubber, cardboard, slate, glass, ceramics, and a range of metals (stainless steel, aluminum, brass - for anodized surfaces). It cuts up to 20 mm of wood and 15 mm of black acrylic. Ideal for advertising production, personalization, and modelling.

Safety features

The machine features an emergency stop button, a gyroscopic tilt sensor, flame detection, and shock protection. In case of an unexpected event, the laser shuts off immediately. We recommend combining it with protective goggles and, optionally, an exhaust enclosure.

Easy control via Wi-Fi and offline

You control the engraver via LightBurn, LaserGRBL, or the Creality Print application. Connection can be handled via USB, Wi-Fi, or a microSD card for offline operation. There's no need to keep a computer permanently connected to the machine.

Rotary axis as an optional upgrade

The optional Rotary Kit Pro enables engraving on cylindrical objects - glasses, mugs, bottles, or wooden cylinders. Ideal for gift personalization and small-batch production of promotional items.

For 3D printing accessory holders and stands, materials such as PLA or more durable PETG are suitable. For outdoor use, we recommend ASA.
