Bambu Lab Filament TPU 95A HF is a high-speed flexible filament with Shore 95A hardness that combines elasticity, toughness and excellent impact resistance with up to 3x faster printing compared to standard TPU 95A. It is designed for efficient printing of flexible parts without compromising quality.
Key features
TPU 95A HF is a thermoplastic polyurethane optimized for fast printing. It offers a maximum volumetric flow rate of up to 12 mm³/s and print speeds of up to around 147 mm/s, which significantly reduces print time compared to conventional TPU. At the same time, it maintains excellent interlayer adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility and resistance to low temperatures. Printed parts are soft, flexible and resistant to impacts, drops and repeated stress.
The filament diameter is 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm, and the spool weight is 1 kg. The filament is supplied on a spool resistant to high temperatures, suitable for drying. This filament is intended for users who need flexible and durable prints without long print times. It is suitable for producing dampening elements, protective covers, seals, straps, handles, electronics cases, wheels, non-slip pads, bumpers for RC models or functional prototypes requiring flexibility and impact resistance. Thanks to its resistance to low temperatures, it is also suitable for parts used outdoors or in cold environments.
Usage tips
- Thoroughly dry the filament before printing at 70 °C for 8 hours - TPU is highly hygroscopic.
- Store in a sealed package with a moisture absorber (< 20 % RH).
- Use a hardened steel nozzle with a diameter of 0.4 mm or larger; 0.2 mm nozzles are not recommended.
- For better bed adhesion, apply Bambu Liquid Glue; common glue sticks are not recommended.
- The filament is NOT compatible with AMS systems - print with direct feeding.
- Use a direct drive extruder for reliable feeding of the flexible strand.
- Reduce retraction and retraction speed to prevent tangling or jamming of the filament.
- For maximum quality, print on a cleaned Smooth PEI or Textured PEI build plate.
