SUNLU AMS Heater – dry and print at the same time

The SUNLU AMS Heater replaces the top cover of the first-generation AMS and adds active heating and filament-drying capabilities inside the unit. This eliminates the need for external dryers—AMS can now dry and print simultaneously, saving time, reducing moisture exposure, and improving print reliability.

Fast and even heating

The heater reaches up to 70 °C in only 20 minutes.
A dual-flow air circulation system ensures uniform heat distribution without hotspots, preventing material warping and degradation.

Smart temperature & humidity control

The unit continuously monitors relative humidity and automatically manages heating cycles.

• Default drying temperature: 55 °C (adjustable)

• Default heating duration: 6 hours

• Automatic activation at 50% rH, shutdown at 20% rH

• Target humidity adjustable between 25–50% (rH mode)

Up to 16-color compatibility

Fully compatible with AMS, allowing stacked printing with up to 16 colors and saving workspace area.

Safe PTC heating

PTC technology with dual safety protection ensures safe operation:

• Continuous temperature monitoring

• Automatic shutdown in case of overheating or fan failure

• Automatic stop when the timer runs out
