Product variants
Spectrum PET-G HT100 is an advanced copolyester-based filament with significantly increased thermal resistance up to 100 °C. The material combines the easy printability of PETG with mechanical strength and dimensional stability, making it suitable for fully functional parts operating under real-world conditions.
Key features
PET-G HT100 stands out primarily thanks to its high thermal resistance, which exceeds that of standard PETG materials. The filament is styrene-free, chemically resistant, and complies with FDA requirements for food contact. It offers excellent dimensional stability, high stiffness, and toughness, enabling the printing of precise parts with minimal deformation. The material is characterized by low odor during printing and good layer adhesion.

Who is Spectrum PET-G HT100 0.5 kg filament suitable for
The filament is intended for advanced users who require prints to withstand real-world operating conditions. It is used for producing visual and functional prototypes, tools, manufacturing aids, jigs, and end-use parts. Its high thermal resistance allows components to be used in environments where common PLA or standard PETG would fail due to deformation. A suitable alternative to ABS or ASA where easier printability is needed while maintaining mechanical properties.
Usage tips
- Before printing, dry the filament at 65 °C for 4-6 hours - PET-G HT100 is hygroscopic.
- To achieve maximum thermal resistance, print with a heated enclosed chamber.
- For longer prints, use a hardened nozzle - this will extend its lifespan.
- Reduce cooling to 30-50 % to achieve better interlayer adhesion.
- Set retraction to lower values (1-3 mm) to limit stringing.
- Print the first layer more slowly (20-25 mm/s) for perfect bed adhesion.
- Store in a dry place, ideally in a vacuum bag with a moisture absorber.
