For Advanced Engineering and Industrial Projects

PC CF is an advanced 3D printing filament based on the PC 275 composition, offering additional reinforcement with 10% carbon fibers. This unique combination provides higher mechanical strength, increased stiffness, and excellent impact resistance, making PC CF an ideal choice for demanding engineering and industrial projects.

The material retains all key properties of PC 275, including excellent thermal resistance up to 150 °C and good UV resistance, while the addition of carbon fibers further improves its stability and deformation resistance. PC CF filament is optimized for low shrinkage, enabling precise printing with minimal risk of warping.

PC CF allows 3D printing of large models without the need for a heated chamber. The use of carbon fibers not only strengthens the printed structures but also gives them an elegant, matte surface, ideal for creating professional prototypes, functional parts, and industrial tools. Its resistance to moisture, chemicals, and wear makes PC CF an excellent material for parts exposed to demanding operational conditions.

Tip: Due to the carbon fiber content, it is recommended to use nozzles larger than the standard 0.4 mm. Additionally, the presence of carbon fibers can degrade standard brass nozzles, so for long-term use of Spectrum PA6 CF15, hardened steel or ruby nozzles are recommended.
