Spectrum PA12 CF15 – the power of carbon in every layer ⚙️

Spectrum PA12 CF15 is an advanced engineering filament reinforced with 15 % carbon fibers, delivering exceptional strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability. Designed for professional and industrial use, it provides outstanding precision, durability, and reliability.

With a heat resistance up to 170 °C, this material performs perfectly even in extreme conditions. It is also resistant to chemicals and moisture, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments.

🧱 Superior layer performance
15 % carbon fiber reinforcement ensures excellent layer adhesion and high Z-axis strength. Prints remain dimensionally accurate and resistant to warping, even with complex geometries.

⚖️ Lightweight yet strong
PA12 CF15 is 10 % lighter than PA6 CF15, yet offers superior stiffness and mechanical strength. Ideal for applications where weight reduction and performance are key – such as in the automotive, aerospace, and droneindustries.

💡 Printing recommendations
Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibers, use a nozzle larger than 0.4 mm and made of hardened steel or ruby for long-term printing.
