Spectrum filament Carbon PLA 1.75mm 500g

PLA Carbon is a modified PLA-based filament blended with carbon fibers that contribute to significantly higher stiffness, hardness and tensile strength, while maintaining low shrinkage and very good adhesion to structural platforms typical of pure PLA. The addition of 10% carbon fibre enables matt surfaces to be obtained on printed items, which significantly improves the aesthetic properties of printed items.

Tip: Due to the substantial crushed carbon content, it is recommended to use nozzles with a diameter exceeding the standard 0.4 mm. The presence of carbon fibre can also cause wear on the brass nozzle, so for long term PLA Carbon applications it is recommended to use stainless steel nozzles.
