Excellent solubility in cold water
AquaPrint is a water-soluble support material designed for 3D printing complex models. AquaPrint has nearly four times the flow rate compared to PVA-based support filaments and has half the cutting time for dissolving in water. An exceptional feature of AquaPrint is its exceptional adhesion to various materials such as PLA, PETG, PA, and TPU, providing double the bond strength compared to PVA.
AquaPrint is characterized by excellent solubility in cold water and extraordinary thermal stability. It can be printed at lower temperatures, making it an ideal support material and providing excellent adhesion.
AquaPrint is characterized by greater structural rigidity compared to other support filaments, especially PVA. This property significantly improves material transfer from the extruder to the hot end, especially in Bowden systems. The solid structural integrity also allows for the creation of strong supports, ensuring excellent final surface finish of 3D printed parts.
Users of 3D printers with dual extruders can seamlessly combine AquaPrint with various materials thanks to simple print settings. After printing, AquaPrint's biodegradability allows for responsible disposal into the kitchen sink or household waste (in accordance with local regulations).
Using AquaPrint as a water-soluble support material allows for 3D printing of complex structures, including those with moving parts, all in one solid material and exceptional quality.
