Spectrum ABS Kevlar is a structural composite filament developed on an ABS base and reinforced with aramid fibers, commonly known as Kevlar. This material was designed to meet requirements for higher durability, strength, and mechanical performance beyond what standard ABS can offer.

The combination of ABS’s proven properties with aramid fiber reinforcement results in increased tensile strength, high impact resistance, and excellent stiffness. Special material modifications reduce shrinkage, improve build plate adhesion, and lower material density, making printed parts slightly lighter than those made from conventional ABS.

Thanks to its excellent dimensional stability, Spectrum ABS Kevlar enables precise printing of parts with minimal deformation, which is especially important for multi-part assemblies. The filament is well suited for industrial use, functional parts, and demanding prototyping applications.
