Original replacement hotend cooling fan for the Snapmaker U1 3D printer. Ensures stable heat dissipation from the aluminium hotend block and cools the heatbreak, preventing filament seepage and nozzle clogging. Plug-and-play installation, perfectly fitting connector and dimensions - just swap it in and keep printing without compromises.
Original Snapmaker part

This is an original replacement part directly from the manufacturer Snapmaker (MFG part No. 12031, EAN 6971573442792). It is designed specifically for the Snapmaker U1 printer and guarantees 100% compatibility with dimensions, connector and control electronics. No modifications, no adapters - just the certainty that everything will fit on the first connection.
Cooling of the heatbreak and hotend block

The task of this fan is not to cool the print, but to dissipate heat from the heatsink above the heater block. A properly functioning hot-end fan is critical for preventing the so-called heat creep effect - the filament heating up too high in the cold zone, which leads to nozzle clogging, under-extrusion and poor extrusion. Replacing an old or noisy fan is therefore necessary maintenance.
When to replace the fan

Typical symptoms of a worn hotend fan: increased noise, bearing grinding, lower RPM, occasional nozzle clogging even at correct temperature, or print stopping due to a temperature error. If you see during inspection that the impeller rotates unevenly or does not start reliably, it is time for a new one - it pays off to keep one in the drawer as a service spare.
Easy replacement
Replacement is a matter of a few minutes. Simply disconnect the connector from the toolhead control board, loosen the screws holding the fan on the heatsink and fit the new piece in the same place. The connector and hole spacing are identical to the original. Follow the official Snapmaker service manual and always disconnect the printer from power.
Compatibility
The fan is intended exclusively for the Snapmaker U1 printer. It is not compatible with other Snapmaker models (A150, A250, A350, Artisan, J1, 2.0) - these use different toolheads and a different cooling system design.
Reliable printing of all materials
A properly cooled hotend is the basis for trouble-free printing of all common filaments - from PLA and PETG, through ABS and ASA, to technical materials such as nylon, polycarbonate or carbon composites. If you have problems with clogged nozzles, first check the cooling condition.
