Rosa3D PCTG ReFill 1.75 mm is a technical copolyester filament in refill form without a spool, designed for printing parts that require higher durability, toughness and dimensional stability than standard PETG. It combines easy printing with high impact strength, good thermal resistance and very good material transparency.
Key features
PCTG (glycol-modified polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) is an advanced copolyester from the PETG family, offering better mechanical properties and higher impact resistance. The material features minimal shrinkage, excellent layer adhesion and thermal resistance up to 76 °C. It does not require an enclosed heated chamber, which makes it suitable for hobby printers as well as more advanced functional applications. The ReFill version is supplied without a spool - a reusable Masterspool is required for printing, which you can print yourself or purchase separately.

The ReFill format is an eco-friendly and cost-effective choice for users who already own a reusable Masterspool.
Usage tips
- Dry the material before printing at 60 °C for 4 hours - PCTG is slightly hygroscopic.
- To mount it on the printer, a Masterspool is required (STL model available for free or for purchase).
- An enclosed chamber is not necessary, but is recommended for maximum process stability.
- For better transparency, print with a higher nozzle temperature and lower cooling.
- Ensure good adhesion of the first layer - print sheets with a PEI surface are ideal.
- In Bambu Lab slicing software use the Generic PCTG profile, in PrusaSlicer use the ROSA3D PETG Standard profile.
- For functional parts choose a higher infill (30-50 %) and at least 3-4 perimeter walls.
- Store in a dry environment, ideally in a sealable box with desiccant.
