Polymaker PolySonic™ PLA Pro in grey is a high-speed PLA filament optimised for printing at up to 300 mm/s. It combines the easy printability of classic PLA with significantly higher toughness, impact resistance comparable to ABS and reliable dimensional stability. PolySonic™ PLA Pro has been developed from the ground up for high-speed 3D printing. The material maintains stable extrusion behaviour even at speeds around 300 mm/s, making it an ideal filament for modern CoreXY printers and print farms. This shortens the time required for rapid prototyping and mass production without compromising surface quality.

ABS-level toughness and impact resistance

The improved formulation offers significantly higher toughness than standard PLA filaments. Parts crack less when bent and absorb impacts better - results approach materials such as ABS, but without the need to deal with warping and an enclosed chamber.

Easy printability without an enclosed chamber

Despite its improved mechanical properties, PolySonic™ PLA Pro prints just as conveniently as standard PLA. You don't need an enclosed cover, the material exhibits minimal warping, low odour and wide tolerance to settings. A perfect choice for beginners and experienced makers alike.

Full compatibility with Bambu Lab AMS

The spool is designed to work seamlessly with the Bambu Lab AMS system. The filament is fitted with an RFID sticker for automatic recognition and precisely wound for smooth feeding, even during multi-colour printing.

Wide extrusion window 210 - 230 °C

The recommended nozzle temperature is 210 to 230 °C, which provides plenty of room for tuning across different nozzles and print speeds. A heated bed in the 30 - 60 °C range is sufficient - the material adheres excellently to PEI, glass and garolite alike.

Strong layer adhesion and precise details

High interlayer adhesion combined with a precise filament diameter (±0.03 mm) ensures strong and dimensionally stable prints. The material reproduces fine details and edges well, which will be appreciated by modellers, designers and creators of functional prototypes.

Elegant grey colour for functional and aesthetic parts

Neutral grey is an ideal choice for device housings, covers, brackets, jigs and fixtures. It is also great for models you plan to sand, paint or airbrush afterwards. The colour combines well with white, black and colour accents.
