Product Description
Fiberon™ PETG-ESD is a PETG filament reinforced with carbon nano-tubes, developed for use in environments where sensitive electronic components must be protected from electrostatic discharge. The material provides consistent electrical conductivity, enhanced mechanical durability, while maintaining the easy printability associated with PETG.
Compared to standard PETG, it offers higher impact resistance and mechanical strength, making it suitable for daily use in industrial environments. It is ideal for producing ESD fixtures, assembly tools, enclosures, holders, trays, and functional technical parts.
For optimal performance, the use of an all-metal hotend and higher printing temperatures is recommended to ensure stable extrusion, strong layer bonding, and reliable ESD properties.
