Product variants
The Superlab V6 nozzle is a replacement nozzle designed for E3D V6 hotends and their clones. Thanks to the standard M6 thread, 12.5 mm length and M7 hex, it fits most printers built on this platform - from the Prusa i3 MK3/MK3S through modified Creality units to DIY builds. The precisely machined channel and smoothly polished cavity ensure stable material flow, a lower risk of clogging and cleaner printing even at higher speeds.
Key features
Superlab V6 nozzles are designed for long-term and reliable operation across a wide range of printing tasks. The design handles operating temperatures up to around 300 °C, providing sufficient headroom for printing technical materials such as PC or PA-CF. Depending on the chosen nozzle material variant, it can cover both common printing from PLA, PETG, ABS and ASA, as well as more demanding printing with abrasive filaments such as carbon, filled nylon or polycarbonate. The precise outlet geometry reduces the risk of drips and ensures consistent extrusion.

Who is the Superlab V6 nozzle suitable for
The Superlab V6 nozzle is suitable for hobby users who want to keep a reliable spare part in the drawer, as well as for operations with regular printing. It will find use in printers built on the E3D V6 platform and in many DIY machines and modified hotends. Depending on the chosen version and outlet hole diameter, it covers both fine detailed prints and productive printing with higher layer heights or printing of technical and abrasive materials. We recommend always having at least one spare on hand - nozzle wear will sooner or later show up in print quality. You can find more nozzles and hotend spare parts in our accessories category.
Tips for use
- Tighten the nozzle when hot (approximately 250 °C) for a perfect seal between the nozzle and the heatbreak.
- Before replacement, unload the filament and let the hotend cool down to a safe handling temperature.
- Use an M7 wrench with sufficient engagement for tightening to avoid rounding the hex.
- After replacement, perform a first layer calibration and adjust the flow value in the slicer if necessary.
- When printing with abrasive filaments, monitor the nozzle condition and replace it in time - a worn hole worsens the print geometry.
- Store spare nozzles in a dry environment to prevent thread corrosion.
