The set is an ideal choice for new 3D printer owners who want to start printing with a proven material and at the same time get a basic palette of colors at a more advantageous price. It is suitable for printing prototypes, decorations, models, small parts, toys, educational aids, and even for serial production. Thanks to its compatibility with Bambu Lab AMS, it is also suitable for multi-color printing and color combinations in a single model. The filament has been tested on Bambu Lab printers with the standard PLA Basic profile - it prints without the need for any profile adjustments.
Printing tips
- Use the standard PLA Basic profile in your slicer software - there is no need to fine-tune parameters.
- For maximum first layer adhesion, we recommend a clean print bed degreased with isopropyl alcohol.
- For longer storage, keep the spools in a dry place, ideally in a vacuum bag with silica gel.
- If the filament has absorbed moisture after longer storage, dry it in a dryer at 45 °C for 6-8 hours.
- For printing at higher speeds (Bambu Lab, injection), increase the nozzle temperature closer to the upper limit of the recommended range.
- For detailed models, choose a layer height of 0.1-0.16 mm, for functional parts 0.2-0.28 mm.
- For multi-color printing in AMS, you can use all four spools from the set at once.
