Spectrum PLA Electrically Conductive is a technical filament designed for applications where electrical conductivityis essential, combined with the ease and stability of printing typical of PLA. The material is based on PLA modified with carbon nanotubes (CNT), which significantly reduce surface resistivity and enable the creation of functional conductive components.

Printing characteristics

  • Easy processing with low shrinkage

  • No enclosed chamber required

  • Recommended printing temperature: 210–230 °C

  • Higher extrusion temperatures improve conductivity through better CNT dispersion

Electrical performance

Volume resistivity measured at different temperatures:

  • 210 °C → 120 Ω·m

  • 220 °C → 103 Ω·m

  • 230 °C → 97 Ω·m

Higher temperatures provide better conductivity for demanding applications.
