Filament Spectrum ASA-X CF10
Resistance to external conditions with a beautiful carbon finish
Analyzing the voices of our filament users, we decided to expand the range of materials intended for outdoor use, in conditions of increased exposure to UV radiation, temperature, and humidity. ASA - a well-known polymer that is highly resistant to weather conditions, an alternative to ABS, became the basis for another composite material - Spectrum ASA-X CF10.
Our primary goal was to develop a material that would guarantee printed models consistent, high mechanical parameters, especially in terms of hardness and stiffness, even with long-term use in external weather conditions. As a result, the Spectrum ASA-X CF10 filament was created - a composite based on a carefully selected type of ASA with carbon fiber filling.
We offer users a filament resistant to external influences such as sunlight (UV) and moisture (hydrolysis) with a modulus of elasticity of more than 7.5 GPa and thermal resistance of 101°C. At the same time, Spectrum ASA-X CF10 is characterized by low shrinkage and unusual, for technical materials with comparable properties, ease of printing. All this combined with a matte carbon surface, effectively masking the layers of printed models, makes Spectrum ASA-X CF10 a very popular choice in the 3D printing community.
