PAJet 160 Nylon (Polyamide)

PAJet 160 Nylon (Polyamide) is a technical thermoplastic that behaves very similarly to ABS in 3D printing. It features high resistance to temperatures up to 160 °C, pressure, chemical exposure, environmental influences, and mechanical wear.

Features:

• Similar printing properties to ABS

• High resistance to temperatures up to 160 °C, pressure, chemicals, mechanical wear, and environmental factors

• Smooth surface makes it ideal for producing rolling and sliding parts, such as bearings

Printing parameters:

• Nozzle temperature: 230–240 °C

• Heated bed: 110–120 °C

• Print speed: 40 mm/s

• Suitable surfaces: Kapton tape, thicker Ultem, or regular office paper glued to a heated glass plate

• Adhesive: MAGIGOO PA – ideal for materials like NYLON PAJET 160
