Steps for the replacement of the foil
- Remove 14 screws to detach the steel frame from the resin vat
- In the next step, remove 22 screws to lift the steel frame and remove the old film
- Then place the new FEP film between the two steel frames and screw the 22 screws back in
- The final step is to reinstall the steel frame in the resin vat and make sure that the FEP film is clean and properly tensioned
- The FEP foil should not be cleaned with sharp tools. This can scratch the surface.
