DimaFix Pen – reliable first-layer adhesion

Proper first-layer adhesion to the print bed is crucial for successful 3D printing. DimaFix Pen is a practical adhesive stick based on the proven DimaFix adhesive spray. It provides strong model fixation during printing and helps prevent warping.

The stick is designed for use with a heated print bed. At temperatures below 60 °C, the adhesive is not active, allowing prints to be easily removed once the bed cools down. DimaFix is completely water-soluble, making cleaning much easier. One stick is sufficient for more than 100 applications and contains no gas.

Adhesion depending on bed temperature
• < 60 °C – low adhesion, easy model removal
• 60–75 °C – medium adhesion (simple models)
• 75–95 °C – high adhesion (complex models, long prints)
• > 95 °C – very high adhesion (very demanding prints)

Usage
• Shake the stick well before use
• Apply to a bed cooler than 50 °C
• Let it dry briefly and heat the bed
• Keep the bed above 65 °C during printing
• After printing, let the bed cool and remove the model easily
