Product variants
The Creality Space π Filament Dryer is an active filament dryer designed to prepare and maintain dry material before and during printing. It removes moisture that filament absorbs from the air, ensuring stable extrusion, a clean print surface and reliable layer adhesion.
Key features
The dryer uses warm air circulation with adjustable temperature and time, allowing it to work with most common materials - PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, Nylon, PC as well as composites with carbon fiber. The design with a filament feed-through allows printing directly from the dryer (dry-box mode), so damp material has no time to reabsorb moisture from its surroundings. The digital display shows the current temperature, remaining time and humidity inside the chamber.

Who is the Creality Space π Filament Dryer for
The dryer is intended for anyone who prints regularly and wants to eliminate problems caused by filament moisture - popping during extrusion, bubbles on the surface, matte layers, reduced print strength or impaired adhesion. It is particularly worthwhile with hygroscopic materials (Nylon, PC, PETG, TPU), which absorb moisture within just a few hours in the open air. It is suitable for hobby users, small workshops and professional print farms where the material must be in a stable condition before every print job.
Printing tips
- For dry-box mode, feed the filament directly from the feed-through into the extruder - the material stays in a dry environment throughout the entire print.
- After longer storage always run a short drying cycle, even if the filament appears to be dry.
- Do not exceed the recommended temperatures for the given material - with PLA, temperatures above 50 °C risk fusing the spool together.
- After drying, let the spool cool down in a sealed container with a moisture absorber.
- Monitor the humidity inside the chamber - a drop below 15 % indicates the filament is ready to print.
- For flexible materials and Nylon, drying before printing is practically a must.

ProsFunguje jak má, už jsem dokoupil i druhou na dvě cívky a tu si hodil k A1 a používám to místo externího držáku.
