8K resolution for maximum detail

The heart of the printer is a 10.3" monochromatic LCD panel with a native resolution of 7680 × 4320 pixels. The resulting single pixel size is only 29.7 μm, which translates into sharp edges, legible tiny lettering and true-to-life surface fidelity on miniatures, rings or dental models. The panel has a lifespan of over 8,000 hours and transmits up to 5% of UV light, which shortens exposure times.

Build volume 228 × 128 × 230 mm

The Halot-Mage features a working area of 228 × 128 mm and a height of 230 mm, which allows it to print large-scale busts, an entire batch of tabletop miniatures or several dental models in a single cycle. The metal frame and aluminum build plate with a machined contact surface eliminate vibrations and contribute to better layer adhesion.

Integral Light Source - uniform UV illumination

Creality's proprietary light module combines a matrix array of UV LEDs with a Fresnel lens. The result is illumination uniformity above 92%, ensuring consistent exposure in the corners and at the center of the plate. The 405 nm wavelength is compatible with most common photopolymer resins on the market.

Self-leveling and quick setup

The printer uses a four-point self-leveling system that levels the build plate within tens of seconds and without the need for paper calibration. Control is handled via a 5" color touchscreen with an intuitive interface offering model previews, print profile management and Wi-Fi control.

Active cooling and odor filtration

A dynamic airflow system carries heat away from the LCD panel and the light module, extending their lifespan. A built-in active filter with a carbon cartridge captures resin fumes, making printing much friendlier to your workspace. The construction features a gas-strut hinged lid for easy access to the platform.

Print speed up to 170 mm/h

A robust Z-axis on dual linear rails with a ball screw keeps Z-axis travel accurate to 0.02 mm even at the maximum print speed of 170 mm/h. The printer handles fast 4K profiles as well as slower 8K modes for maximum detail - it all depends on the resin used and the exposure settings in the slicer.

Connectivity and slicer

You can send jobs via a USB flash drive or Wi-Fi through Creality's proprietary HalotBox slicer, which supports advanced support settings, hollowing and 8K model preparation. The printer is also compatible with ChiTuBox, which advanced users with their own resin profiles will appreciate.

Who is the Halot-Mage 8K for

The printer targets miniature creators (Warhammer, D&D), jewelry designers, dental labs and modelers for whom a 4K machine is no longer enough and who want to push detail up a class. If you mostly print functional parts, take a look at filament printers and materials such as PETG or ABS instead.
