The Creality Falcon T1 UV 5W is a specialized 5 W UV laser module that expands the Falcon T1 platform's capabilities with cold marking and engraving of materials that ordinary diode lasers cannot handle. Thanks to the short wavelength of UV radiation, it can work with high precision on transparent plastics, glass, ceramics, and sensitive materials without thermal damage to the surrounding area.
5 W UV laser for cold marking

The module uses a UV wavelength that is absorbed by most materials substantially more efficiently than the visible light of diode lasers. The result is a so-called cold engraving process - the material around the beam is practically not heated, and there is no deformation, scorching, or burning. An ideal solution for precision work on plastics, glass, and organic materials.
Wide material compatibility

While standard diode lasers struggle with transparent and light-colored materials, the UV module handles acrylic, PET, PC, glass, ceramics, leather, bark, and even some metals with surface treatment. It finds use in marking packaging, producing labels, personalizing electronics, or creating jewelry.
Fine spot for maximum detail

The short wavelength of UV radiation enables a significantly smaller working spot diameter than diode lasers. This is reflected in the quality of detail - the module handles fine fonts, QR codes, micro-engraving, and photorealistic rasters with high pixel density.
Easy module replacement

The Falcon T1 UV installs onto the existing Falcon T1 working head using a quick-change mount system. In practice, you can switch between the diode and UV module according to the type of task within a few minutes and fully leverage the investment in the base machine.
Safe operation

UV radiation is dangerous to human eyes and skin, so Creality recommends operating the module exclusively in an enclosed workspace with a suitable cover and filter. Protective covers and fume extraction are available as part of the Falcon T1 ecosystem.
Compatible software

The module can be controlled with common laser engraving tools such as LightBurn or LaserGRBL. Vector and raster graphics, layer management, and power and speed settings for each pass individually are supported.
Professional output quality

The combination of a fine spot, cold process, and UV wavelength moves the Falcon T1 from the hobby laser category toward professional marking. The module will be appreciated by electronics manufacturers, hobbyists, prototype creators, jewelers, and small marking workshops.
