The Creality Falcon T1 Diode 40W is a desktop laser engraving and cutting machine with 40 W of power that combines high precision, an enclosed design and advanced safety features. Thanks to swappable laser modules, autofocus and integrated smoke filtration, it is a versatile tool for makers, small workshops and production use where you need to engrave or cut wood, acrylic, leather, textile and other materials.

40 W diode laser with high cutting power

The heart of the machine is a diode module with 40 W optical output power, capable of cutting plywood up to 20 mm thick or 30 mm black acrylic in a single pass. The focused spot size of 0.05 x 0.08 mm enables fine, high-resolution engraving, while the high power shortens production job times and reduces the need for multiple passes.

Enclosed construction with a flip-up cover

The all-metal enclosed construction with a tinted cover protects your eyes from scattered radiation while containing smoke and particles within the work area. The cover is equipped with a safety switch that automatically pauses the laser when opened, so work can be safely interrupted even mid-job.

400 x 400 mm work area

The 400 x 400 mm engraving area covers most common formats - from advertising signs to cut parts from plywood or cardboard. The honeycomb work table supports the material across its entire surface, protects the underside of the cut and channels heat and combustion residues into the collector.

Autofocus and one-touch control

The Falcon T1 uses motorized autofocus that eliminates manual calibration with a spacer shim. Through the color touchscreen you can start jobs, monitor progress and set power or position without a connected computer. Offline operation from a USB flash drive is also supported.

Safety first

The machine is equipped with flame detection, a gyroscopic tilt sensor, an emergency STOP button and a safety cover lock. If excessive impact, overheating or opening of the door occurs, the laser shuts off immediately. This makes the Falcon T1 suitable even for semi-automatic operation in the workshop.

Modular laser head system

The Falcon T1 supports swappable laser modules - in addition to the included 40W diode laser, you can later add a 20W diode module, a 20W fiber module for metal engraving or F-Theta optics. Your investment in the machine grows with your needs, and a single frame covers multiple technologies.

Integrated smoke extraction and lighting

The work area is illuminated by an LED strip for precise material positioning and engraving progress monitoring. The rear smoke exhaust port allows you to connect a hose to a window or an external filter unit, significantly reducing odor and particle levels in the room.

Compatible software and connectivity

The machine works with LightBurn as well as Creality Print for laser, accepts standard G-code and can be connected via USB, Wi-Fi or a USB flash drive. For 3D printing models within a similar ecosystem, our printing materials such as PLA and PETG are a great match, since engraved parts often complement 3D printed components.
