The Creality Falcon AP1 Smoke Purifier is a powerful filtration unit designed for laser engravers and cutters, reliably extracting smoke, odors, and fine particles produced during laser machining. Thanks to its three-stage filtration with HEPA and activated carbon, you get clean air in your workshop or home without having to deal with complicated exhaust ducting to the outside.

Three-stage filtration for clean air

The AP1 Purifier combines a pre-filter, a composite HEPA filter made of carbon fabric, and an activated carbon filter. This combination captures both coarse impurities and dust, as well as fine PM2.5 particles and odor molecules generated when cutting wood, acrylic, or leather with a laser. Fine particle filtration efficiency reaches up to 99.97%.

Strong suction power of 260 m³/h

An airflow of up to 260 m³/h ensures rapid smoke extraction directly from the laser's working area. The high-torque motor handles intensive operation during wood engraving or cutting thicker materials, where large amounts of smoke are produced.

Quiet operation at full load

Despite its high performance, the noise level remains within an acceptable range, so you can use the unit even in a home workshop or small studio. Adjustable fan speed lets you find the optimal balance between noise and extraction power based on the material being processed.

Universal compatibility with lasers

The Falcon AP1 is primarily designed for Creality Falcon laser engravers (Falcon 2, Falcon 2 Pro, Falcon A1), but thanks to its standard 75 mm exhaust hose, it can also be easily connected to most other diode and CO2 lasers from common brands. This eliminates the need to drill through walls or route a hose out the window.

Easy filter replacement

Both the composite HEPA filter and the activated carbon filter are designed as separate replaceable cartridges. Their lifespan ranges in the order of hundreds of operating hours, depending on the material being processed. Replacement takes just a few minutes and requires no tools - simply open the service cover.

Compact size and mobility

Despite its high performance, the purifier takes up minimal space, and thanks to its portable format, you can easily move it between workbenches. The robust metal construction withstands intensive operational use and ensures a long service life.

Safety during laser machining

Smoke and fine particles produced during laser cutting and engraving may contain substances harmful to health.
