The core of the machine is a 5W diode laser module that handles engraving on wood, leather, paper, cardboard, felt, stainless steel or anodized aluminum. The module can be swapped without tools for an optional 1.2W or 10W variant depending on the type of task - from fine etching to cutting thin plywood sheets.

Automatic focusing combined with an intelligent lifting platform (Automatic Smart Lifting Platform) frees the user from having to manually set the nozzle-to-material distance. The machine finds the optimal focal point according to the workpiece thickness on its own, which fundamentally speeds up job preparation and increases result repeatability.

Engraving speed up to 15,000 mm/min

The working speed reaches 15,000 mm/min, so the Falcon A1C can handle larger production batches or detailed raster images in a reasonable time. The rigid Cartesian mechanics and precise stepper motors ensure sharp edges and stable geometry even at high feed rates.

AI Smart Fill & Layout for intelligent arrangement

The AI Smart Fill & Layout software feature automatically arranges repeating designs on the 150 × 150 mm work area so that material is used as efficiently as possible. The combination of camera image and AI algorithm minimizes waste and simplifies serial production of small parts.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity

The machine supports wireless connection via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy, complemented by a classic USB interface. It can be controlled from a computer (Windows 10 or newer, macOS 11 or newer) via the proprietary Falcon Design Space and the extended LightBurn, or directly from a mobile app.
