The heart of the machine is a 10W diode laser module with tool-free swap, letting you switch between optical outputs without any tools. Autofocus ensures a perfectly focused beam on every material, eliminating manual adjustment with a distance spacer. The result is crisp lines, deep engraving and clean cuts through 5-8 mm plywood.

Built-in HD camera and AI assistance

The built-in HD camera enables camera-assisted positioning - place your blank anywhere on the work surface and see a live preview with precise motif placement in the Falcon Design Space app. The AI Smart Fill & Layout function automatically arranges designs to make full use of the material, and material recognition suggests optimal engraving parameters.

Automatic smart lifting platform

The motorized lifting platform automatically sets the height according to material thickness, greatly simplifying work with various blanks. The maximum processing height of 148 mm provides room even for bulkier pieces - wooden blocks, bottles or thicker acrylic sheets.

Speed up to 15,000 mm/min

A 150 × 150 mm work area and maximum travel speed of 15,000 mm/min ensure lightning-fast engraving of raster images and barcodes. Precise mechanics with a rigid frame maintain detail quality even at high speeds, so batch production of small items is a breeze.

Class 1 safety rating

The Falcon A1C is certified as a Class 1 laser - the enclosed design protects your eyes and surroundings and allows safe operation even in living spaces. Equipment includes flame detection, tilt detection and a USB safety lock, protecting both the machine and operator during longer engraving jobs.

Connectivity and mobile app

The machine supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Low Energy and USB connections. You can control it from a computer (Windows 10+, macOS 11+) or directly from your phone via Falcon Design Space. For advanced users, full compatibility with LightBurn is available, which remains the industry standard for laser machines.

Wide material support

The 10W diode laser handles engraving of wood, plywood, MDF, leather, paper, acrylic, bamboo, slate, ceramics, glass and dark metals (direct marking of stainless steel and aluminum with pretreatment). It cuts plywood, cardboard, cork or thin acrylic - suitable for gift items, signs, stencils and packaging prototypes.

Expandability for your workflow

The system is ready for optional accessories: a rotary module for engraving cylindrical objects (bottles, glasses, mugs), an air purifier with HEPA filter, an exhaust fan and a flexible clamping kit. If you combine engraving with 3D printing, our PLA and PETG filaments will come in handy for producing custom jigs and clamps.
