The Creality CR-Scan Raptor is a dual 3D scanner combining a blue laser and NIR structured light, offering metrological accuracy of up to 0.02 mm and a capture rate of up to 60 FPS. It handles detailed small parts as well as larger objects, including full-color texture scanning - ideal for reverse engineering, quality control, and creating content for 3D printing.

The scanner combines two cutting-edge capture technologies in a single device. The blue laser with 22 lines provides extreme accuracy for industrial applications, while NIR (near-infrared) structured light enables safe scanning of faces and organic shapes without glare. Metrological accuracy up to 0.02 mm

In laser mode, the scanner achieves a single-frame accuracy of 0.02 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.03 mm/m. This puts it in the category of professional measuring tools capable of capturing even small mechanical parts, molds, or jewelry with perfect fidelity of detail.

Fast capture up to 60 FPS

The high frame rate enables a smooth workflow even when scanning complex geometries by hand. The scanner can capture large volumes of data in real time, which shortens model acquisition time and reduces the risk of losing tracking while moving the head.

Full-color texture scan

The integrated color camera captures true colors and surface textures of the object. The resulting model is ideal not only for 3D printing with textures, but also for digital archiving, VR/AR content, or game assets. The texture is automatically mapped to the mesh without the need for further editing.

Wide range of scannable objects

Thanks to the variable point spacing of 0.02-3 mm, the scanner handles a tiny piece of jewelry a few millimeters in size just as well as a car or a life-sized statue. There is no need to change hardware - simply reconfigure the parameters in the software.

Portable design and ergonomics

The head is balanced for long-term handheld scanning. Control buttons and status LEDs allow you to monitor progress without looking away from the object. Connect the scanner via USB to a laptop, and in the field it also works with a more powerful mobile device.

Ecosystem and expandability

A rich range of accessories is available - a turntable for automatic scanning of small parts, a Wireless Scan Bridge module for cable-free operation, and a tripod for stationary installation. Export the resulting meshes to STL, OBJ, PLY, or ASC and print them directly on common materials such as PLA, PETG, or ABS.
