The Creality Air Assist Kit is an accessory designed specifically for the CR-Laser Falcon 10W laser engraver. A steady 22 L/min airflow blows smoke, dust and hot fumes directly away from the cutting area, protects the laser lens from contamination and visibly improves the quality of engraved and cut surfaces. Powerful 22 L/min airflow

The heart of the set is an air pump with a flow rate of 22 L/min and a pressure of 30 kPa. The air is delivered through a silicone hose directly to the laser head, where it instantly blows smoke, sparks and hot air away from the cut area. The result is a cleaner cut, smoother edges and less scorching on the material.

Laser lens protection against contamination

Without air assistance, smoke and dust from the engraved material settle on the lens, which quickly reduces laser performance. The Air Assist Kit keeps the optics clean, extends the service life of the laser module and maintains a constant output during serial work or long cuts.

Cleaner work area and smoother edges

Active removal of smoke and hot air significantly reduces the surface temperature of the material during engraving. This shows in the result - edges are sharper, engravings have higher contrast and the area around the cut stays free of yellowish smoke residue. This is especially noticeable on wood, plywood or acrylic.

Quiet 46.5 dB operation

A noise level of only 46.5 dB means the pump will not disturb you even during long work sessions in the workshop or office. Compact dimensions of 185 x 180 x 85 mm and a weight of 1.3 kg allow you to place the pump anywhere next to the engraver without having to deal with additional soundproofing.

Easy installation and cable management

Assembly takes just a few minutes - simply connect the silicone hose to the pump outlet and to the air valve on the laser head. The package includes cable ties and straps for clean routing of the hose along the machine frame, so nothing obstructs axis movement.

Made specifically for the CR-Laser Falcon 10W

The set is designed and tested directly by Creality for the CR-Laser Falcon 10W model. Both the air valve and the protective cover fit precisely onto the Falcon laser module, eliminating the need for third-party adapters or modifications.

Suitable materials for laser engraving

Air Assist is indispensable especially when cutting wood, MDF, plywood, acrylic, leather or paper. On wooden materials it eliminates yellowing around the cut, on acrylic it improves edge transparency. The plastic you engrave in your workshop can also be complemented by 3D printed parts from the PLA or more durable PETG category.
