Ultracur3D® DM 2505 is part of Forward AM’s Dental Line by BASF and has been specifically developed for 3D printing dental models and molds. The resin delivers extremely high dimensional accuracy, fine details, and smooth surface quality, significantly reducing post-processing and fitting time.

These advantages help dental labs and prosthetics manufacturers reduce cost per part, accelerate production, and streamline overall workflows. The material is suitable for thermoforming, such as for aligners or dental splints.

A major benefit is the simplified cleaning process — printed parts can be washed with water, eliminating the need for chemical cleaning agents and improving workplace safety.

The resin is available in a beige color, suitable for standard dental applications.
