Stable nozzle temperature

The silicone sleeve insulates the hotend heater block and minimizes temperature fluctuations caused by airflow around the nozzle. The result is more stable printing, cleaner extrusion and fewer issues with under-extrusion or unmelted filament in the first layers.

Protection against plastic sticking

Materials like PETG, ABS or ASA tend to stick to a hot heater block. The silicone sock prevents this and keeps the hotend clean even after dozens of hours of printing.

Heat-resistant silicone

The sock is made of heat-resistant silicone that easily withstands the printing temperatures required for technical filaments such as nylon, polycarbonate or carbon composites.

Original part for P2S and X2D

The sock is designed specifically for the hotends of the new Bambu Lab P2S and X2D printers. The shape fits the heater block precisely, does not cover the nozzle and does not interfere with surrounding components or the probe.

Easy installation without tools

Replacing the sock takes just a few seconds - simply pull off the old one and slide on the new one. The installation procedure is described in the official Bambu Lab Wiki and can be handled even by a beginner.

Universal use across materials

A stable hotend temperature is useful for sensitive prints from PLA as well as for demanding technical materials and flexible filaments. The sock works with any nozzle - you can find more variants in the nozzles category.

Pack of three as a spare supply

The package includes three socks right away, so you have a spare supply ready for replacement due to normal wear or contamination after a failed print. We recommend replacing the sock whenever it gets damaged.
