Stable hotend temperature

The silicone sock acts as thermal insulation for the heater block. It prevents heat from escaping to the surroundings and eliminates the influence of the cooling fan on the heaterblock, keeping the nozzle temperature consistent throughout the entire print. The result is more stable extrusion and higher-quality surface finish on prints made from materials such as PLA, PETG, and ABS.
High temperature resistance up to 300 °C
The material is certified for long-term use at temperatures up to 300 °C. It easily handles printing of technical materials such as ASA, nylon, or polycarbonate. At these temperatures, silicone does not degrade, does not lose its flexibility, and leaves no residue on the hotend.
Protection against filament sticking
During printing, a drop of molten filament may occasionally stick to the heater block. Without protection, dirt gradually bakes on and removing it is laborious. The silicone sock completely prevents this - the hotend stays clean and maintains its full performance even after dozens of hours of operation. When the sock gets dirty, simply replace it with a new one from the package.
Precise design for the A2L hotend
The sock is shaped exactly according to the geometry of the A2L module hotend. It fits firmly, does not fall off during operation, and does not interfere with the cooling nozzle or surrounding components. Installation takes just a few seconds - no tools or print head disassembly required.
Compatibility with Bambu Lab printers
This type of sock is intended exclusively for the A2L hotend module (Bambu Lab A2). For other models (X1, P1, A1, H2D) there are dedicated versions - it is always necessary to choose a silicone sock matching the specific hotend, otherwise it will not fit precisely and may come loose.
