Product variants
Bambu Lab PETG HF is a high-speed PETG filament optimized for fast printing with minimal parameter tuning. It combines the durability of classic PETG, a smooth matte surface, and suitability for outdoor use.
Key features
PETG HF (High Flow) is an improved version of the classic PETG filament from Bambu Lab. Thanks to an advanced formulation, it achieves up to twice the printing speed of standard PETG while maintaining print quality. The material effectively addresses typical PETG issues such as oozing (stringing) and nozzle blob formation, resulting in cleaner prints with sharp details.
The surface has a fine matte texture with a uniform appearance even at high speeds and transitions. The material retains all the advantages of classic PETG - excellent resistance to water, UV radiation, and temperature. It is tougher and more durable than PLA, making it suitable for functional and outdoor parts.
The filament is supplied with an integrated RFID chip, which allows automatic loading of print parameters via the AMS system on Bambu Lab printers.

Who is Bambu Lab PETG HF 1kg, with spool suitable for
This filament is intended for Bambu Lab printer users who want to combine printing speed with the durability of PETG material. It is suitable for functional parts, mechanical components, holders, and enclosures, as well as items intended for outdoor use - flower pots, garden accessories, watering cans, cages, bird houses, or automotive parts.
Thanks to its higher resistance to UV radiation and moisture, it is also suitable for toys and items exposed to mechanical stress, impacts, or falls. For more demanding applications with higher temperature resistance requirements, consider ASA or ABS.
Usage tips
- Always dry the filament before printing at 65 °C for 8 hours in a dryer, or at 75 - 85 °C for 12 hours on the X1 Series heated bed.
- For prints longer than 6 hours, keep the filament in a dry environment (sealed container with desiccant).
- Recommended print plates: Cool Plate SuperTack, Smooth PEI Plate, Textured PEI Plate.
- For better bed adhesion, use Bambu Liquid Glue or a glue stick.
- The material is compatible with all nozzles and the entire AMS range from Bambu Lab.
- The filament contains an RFID chip for automatic parameter recognition within the Bambu Lab ecosystem.
- When switching from another material, thoroughly clean the nozzle to prevent clogging or contamination.
- To achieve the declared speed, increase the nozzle temperature proportionally to the print speed.
