The H2D Laser Upgrade Kit transforms your H2D printer into a professional laser engraving and cutting system capable of delivering high precision results.
The system is designed to work with a compatible 10W / 40W laser module, which enables engraving high speeds and can cut materials such as 3 mm plywood or acrylic in a single pass under appropriate settings.
Important: The 10W / 40W laser module is NOT included in this upgrade kit and must be purchased separately.
Intelligent and safe engraving
Integrated flame detection sensors instantly detect fire and trigger both an audible alarm and an app notification, minimizing the risk of damage.
The print chamber is further protected by laser safety windows and an emergency stop switch to ensure maximum safety even during intensive operation.
Air Assist for clean and glossy edges
Thanks to Air Assist technology, the laser path is continuously cooled by a stream of air.
This improves cutting quality, reduces burn marks on the material, and ensures clean, sharp edges without the need for additional finishing.
Non-contact 3D surface measurement
An advanced optical height sensor (850 nm infrared light) creates an accurate 3D surface map without physical contact.
This enables precise engraving even on uneven or curved objects.
Compatibility and installation
The laser upgrade kit is designed for the Bambu Lab H2D printer and prepares the device for installation of a laser system.
For full functionality, a compatible 10W/40W laser module must be purchased separately.
