Bambu Lab H2C – professional multi-material 3D printer
Bambu Lab H2C represents the next generation of professional manufacturing — multi-material printing, high speed, industrial precision, and fully automated operation. Thanks to Vortek technology, it can handle up to 7 materials simultaneously, with no purge towers, no nozzle contamination, and no production interruptions.
It adds an actively heated chamber, 350°C hotends, 59 sensors, and four-camera monitoring. The result is a machine capable of printing color models, combined materials, functional parts, and technical molds with maximum accuracy.
H2C is not a toy. It is a production platform for professionals, engineers, prototyping studios, and demanding industrial environments.
Why H2C? (Majkl3D summary)
1. True multi-material without waste
No purge towers. No nozzle flushing. Vortek automatically switches hotends and keeps colors and materials clean.
This means clean models, fast transitions between materials, and minimal filament consumption.
2. Multi-material parts in a single print
Combining rigid and flexible materials (PLA + TPU, PC FR + PA GF…)
→ no gluing, no assembly, no structural weakening.
3. Servo-driven extrusion with 10 kg force
70% more force than a stepper motor.
Exceptional stability during high-flow extrusion and early detection of clogs or filament grinding.
4. Actively heated 65 °C chamber
Stable printing of ABS, ASA, PC, PA, and composite fibers without unwanted deformation.
Large parts hold their shape and have significantly better layer adhesion.
5. Automatic calibration and extrusion control
Vision Encoder and eddy-current sensors set accurate extrusion and PA values for each filament.
Models have smoother surfaces and sharp edges even at high speed.
6. Top-tier print monitoring
59 sensors + 4 cameras + AI diagnostics:
H2C analyzes the print process, monitors quality, and detects spaghetti, air printing, stuck nozzles, incorrect drafts, or poor model preparation.
Before printing, it performs a safety pre-flight check.
7. Maximum material compatibility
H2C handles everything — from standard PLA/PETG to advanced engineering materials like PPS, PC FR, PA GF, PA CF, and other composites.
8. Performance you can truly notice
Speeds up to 1000 mm/s, acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², and flow rate of 40 mm³/s.
H2C is significantly faster than typical FDM printers and can handle industrial-grade workloads.
Technical description
Bambu Lab H2C uses a state-of-the-art multi-hotend system based on inductive heating and contactless switching. This enables instant switching between up to seven materials without cross-contamination, color loss, or the need for a purge tower.
Combined with the servo extruder, high structural rigidity, and active chamber, it provides consistent results even at extreme speeds.
The printer is fully enclosed, equipped with professional three-stage filtration (G3 + H12 HEPA + activated carbon), and suitable even for environments working with engineering materials with higher VOC emissions.
Its monitoring system includes three levels of protection: camera surveillance, sensor diagnostics, and pre-flight inspection before printing.
H2C supports full offline mode, Bambu Studio, and third-party G-code, making it a flexible tool for professional deployment.
