Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack is the original magnetic build plate from Bambu Lab, this time in a variant precisely tuned for the new H2C and A2L printers with a build area of 330x320 mm. The special SuperTack coating offers extremely strong adhesion for PLA and PETG even at very low heatbed temperatures, eliminates warping on large parts and leaves a smooth matte finish on the bottom of the print - all without glue and without the need for frequent cleaning.

End of failed prints

The SuperTack coating holds the first layer so reliably that it virtually eliminates typical adhesion issues with PLA and PETG filaments. It works even at lower bed temperatures and handles models with small contact areas where standard sheets would fail.

Warping reduction on large models

Thanks to the tacky nature of the coating, the corners of large prints stay firmly attached to the plate even during long print jobs. This significantly reduces corner lifting (warping) - a typical problem when printing technical parts from PETG or large surfaces from PLA.

Handles even damaged model surfaces

The SuperTack coating can also handle models whose bottom surface is not ideal - slightly wavy, with minimal contact or irregular. Where smooth PEI would fail, SuperTack holds the print firmly in place.

Long coating lifespan

The coating maintains its grip even after intensive use. According to the manufacturer's tests (PLA Basic, A1 printer), adhesion loss after 300 prints is less than 20%. Longer plate lifespan means lower printing costs and a smaller carbon footprint.

Smooth and matte bottom print surface

The SuperTack coating creates a finely matte and smooth texture on the bottom of the print that blends nicely with the standard surfaces of the model. The result looks cohesive and professional without the need for additional finishing.

Energy savings thanks to low bed temperature

For reliable PLA adhesion, the SuperTack surface needs only 45 °C instead of 65 °C required for textured PEI. Lower heatbed temperature means shorter heating times, lower energy consumption and longer service life of the printer's heating components.

Easy print removal

Remove the print with the included spatula - carefully lift the edge and gently peel the print off. For firmly attached parts, briefly heating the bed to about 50 °C will help release the adhesion without damaging the coating. The surface is softer, so it's worth being careful not to scratch the coating.

Dimensions precisely for H2C and A2L

This plate variant has a usable print size of 330x320 mm and is designed exclusively for the Bambu Lab H2C and A2L models. Installation is a matter of seconds - the plate magnetically attaches to the platform, just align it with the fixation points and place it.

Things to watch out for

Printing TPU and materials like PLA Silk on SuperTack is NOT RECOMMENDED - their extremely strong adhesion can damage both the model and the coating. Do not clean the surface with acetone or organic solvents, just water with a little dish soap. The build plate is a consumable - the warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not mechanical damage caused by use.
