Anycubic UV Tough Resin 1L is an advanced second-generation UV photopolymer resin designed for MSLA/LCD and DLP 3D printers. It stands out with high toughness, flexibility and impact resistance - prints can bend and compress without cracking and return to their original shape.
Key features
Tough Resin combines mechanical strength with a fine texture and high dimensional stability. After curing, the surface is smooth, non-irritating and skin-friendly, which makes the material suitable even for models that come into contact with the body. The resin retains its flexibility even at lower temperatures and in humid environments, resisting both embrittlement and softening. It can be used on its own to produce flexible parts, or as an additive to other UV resins to increase their toughness and durability. The material is compatible with common MSLA printers operating at a wavelength of 405 nm.

Who is Anycubic UV Tough Resin 1L for
This resin is intended for users who need durable yet flexible prints. It is well suited for functional prototypes, technical parts exposed to dynamic loads, clips, holders, caps and components at risk of being dropped or impacted. Thanks to its skin-friendly properties, it is also suitable for wearable models, cosplay accessories (e.g. elf ears, masks), headphone covers, earplugs or ergonomic grips. Usage tips
- Shake the bottle thoroughly before use to evenly mix the pigments and additives.
- Print in a well-ventilated room and always wear protective gloves and goggles.
- Optimal results are achieved at a room temperature of 20 - 30 °C; at lower temperatures, extend the exposure time.
- For demanding models, we recommend running an exposure calibration test (e.g. RERF or Cones of Calibration).
- Wash finished prints in IPA (≥ 95 %) for 2 - 5 minutes, then dry thoroughly.
- Post-cure with 405 nm UV light: 2 - 5 minutes depending on model size; do not over-cure, as this may cause loss of flexibility.
- Filter any unused resin from the vat and return it to the original bottle; store away from direct sunlight.
- When mixing with other resins, start with a ratio of 10 - 30 % to increase toughness.
