What is seam in 3D printing?
A seam (Z-seam) is a visible joint where the nozzle returns to start each layer. On round models (vases) a visible line forms all the way up.
How to hide seam
- Nearest - closest point
- Aligned - always the same spot
- Random - randomly
- Sharp corner - in a sharp corner
