What is 3D print delamination?
Delamination is the separation of layers - the print splits at the bond between layers. A sign of poor layer adhesion. Most common with PETG, Nylon.
Causes
- Low nozzle temperature
- Too strong cooling
- Wet filament
Solution
- Raise nozzle by 10 °C
- Reduce cooling
- Dry the filament
