What is a CoreXY 3D printer?

CoreXY is a mechanical construction of 3D printer where X and Y axis movement is driven by two motors working simultaneously through a belt system. Advantage: light print head, higher speed and accuracy.

How CoreXY works

Two stepper motors are fixed on the frame. The belt forms an H shape and movement of both motors controls head position in X and Y. Print bed moves only in Z.
